Favorite Recipe?
What is your favorite recipe for weight lifting? I have a smoothie recipe I make that is just awesome. I just throw some of it together. Here is the gist of it.
3/4 cup frozen strawberries and raspberries mixed 1 cup of lemonade 2 or 3 ice cubes 1 scoop of vanilla whey powder Place in blender and blend until well combined. |
I really have not experimented with any smoothies but this one sounds pretty good. I may have to try them. Plus it is easy which I like.

My favorite? Even though I am not munching quinoa right now one of my favorites is quinoa with chicken and salsa. Quick, easy, tasty.

Favorite is probably carne asada with guacamole and chili rellenos
