I ate 5 this morning with breakfast. I had a scramble with bits of ham, sausage, grilled onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and cheese.

I eat about 4 eggs 3-4 times per week.

Occasionally for dinner I will eat 12 with cheese, onion and hot sauce as a meal.

I eat 7 whole and 1 white, 5 days per week. 3 are raw in my shake, the rest are scrambled for breakfast. Eggs are awesome. Sometimes, on a weekend morning, I'll fry up some ham and dice it into my scrambled eggs with a little tobasco.
