When I'm feeling better, perhaps next weekend I think I'll get a dozen eggs, gallon of whole milk and pound of beef and just demolish it all throughout the day.

I ended up eating 8 total yesterday. Part of my post-training eating was a bagel sandwich with 3 eggs, sausage, and cheese.

I normally have 4 - 5 eggs a day, omelette, scrambled, boiled or poached yum I love them all!

The Mayans never said that 2012 was the end of the world, they said it was the end of the world as we know it. Does this mean the sky will be green & the grass will be blue? Maybe the oceans will turn to beer & the oxygen into marijuana smoke. Or maybe the banking sector will get destroyed & money will therefore be useless, meaning that humans can live as creative individuals with the opportunity to express themselves freely. I truly hope so, as long as I can still play music & lift weights!

I've been doing 6 for breakfast for a couple days. Add a little sausage and a lot of cheese and you have the perfect low-carb breakfast.
