![]() You're in the right place. Bulking or cutting I can give you great tasting meals, but bulking is SO much more fun. Why? Because you get to eat MOAR. Most of this will be based around Paleo/Primal style food, but feel free to add grains in if thats your thing. Breakfast Option 1 Standard Breakfast 3 Strips thick cut bacon 4 whole eggs cooked in some left over bacon fat An apple/orange/1 cup of berries Coffee with whey powder mixed in Option 2 Breakfast burrito 3 Strips Bacon 4 eggs 1 large tortilla 2 chili rellenos cheese, sour cream salsa Lunch Option 1 Leftovers Enough said really. If you have leftovers from the previous night's dinner, go for it. Option 2 Cobb Salad+ 1 Chicken Breast 6-8 ounces ham steak 2 strips of bacon 1/2 avocado 1/2 cup Gorgonzola (or other) cheese 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds 1 head lettuce (i like romaine for this) oil and vinegar dressing. and dont skimp on the oil Dinner Option 1 Taco Salad 1 pound ground beef, cooked with your favorite taco seasonings sour cream, cheese, jalapenos, salsa, avocado 1 head romaine lettuce This is a staple for me, bulking or cutting. Option 2 Hamburgers and Rutabaga Fries No less than 2 pounds 15% fat ground beef 1 rutabaga. My recipe for these fries is around here somewhere. I'll link to it in a minute. Option 3 Parmesan Chicken 3 chicken breasts 1 cup parmesan mixed with garlic, oregano, and basil 2 eggs your favorite marinara mozzarella cheese The options are endless. Throw in some snack involving whole milk, peanut butter, steak, and you're golden. |

I'm on a Pecan kick right now. Got 40 bushels from my Dad's farm last weekend. Nothing like fresh shelled. Shells burn nicely in the fireplace too.

1. Keep nuts around. Almonds are awesome. Tons of calories.
2. Add cheese to everything you can. 3. Add peanut butter to everything you can. 4. Cook everything in oil. I like the trail mix suggestion. There's a huge misconception that trail mix is "healthy". Trail mix was developed to pack as many calories as possible into a small, portable package that people could take hiking, which means it's perfect for those who want to add extra calories on the go.
