I dont take any supplements (other they whey, Fish oil, and Fiber), but this doesn't mean that "some" (very few) OTC supplements (such as Creatine Mono), doesn't have its beneficial properties. Anyone in which has honest qualities (whether they take supps or not) whom have read (good) papers on Creatine Mono, wouldn't suggest in all honesty based on this information, that it doesn't have personal benefits. After all, Creatine comes natural in meat and other foods we eat. Its just that some whom take Mono (having losing weight goals) dont read much, and wonder why they gain weight on Mono when taking it (sometimes, due to its water properties). Creatine Ethyl Ester, the jury seems to be out on this, as far as I have read thus far

Caffiene does absolutely nothing for me except speed up my digestive system
![]() One time, while trying to stay awake for a road trip, i drank a whole pot of coffee, a monster energy drink, and a 5 hour energy and still fell asleep. Lol. With that being said, i've used jack3d and liked it... i've kind of been out of the pre workout supp game since noxplode was all the rage though... |

Muscle Marinade still kills it for me. The focus lasts for hours and hours. And after my workouts are done I feel relaxed and aware.
