About one hour pre-workout I have a dose of Concret Creatine then drink a Mountain Dew on the way to the gym.

Ive only ever used Superpump 250 and that was for a week, i got the worst stomach cramps ever and all it seems to do was make me sweat more and go veiny....

I normally just sip on BCAA's during to WO tbh...

If i need energy that badly i drink coffee beforehand

It's just good 'ol food for me. I try to eat a decent meal that includes some protein and carbs (gasp) about an hour before my workout. About a half hour before my workout I have a protein shake. I don't need to artificially stimulate myself to get a good workout, that's what my warm-ups are for.

I've been using Gaspari Superpump Max for a few days now. I like it! It gets me going, even a little shaky on the way to the gym, but not so much that it gets in my way. Pump is just where it should be, telling me I'm working without being so hard that I can't move.

Also tastes like Kool-aid, in a good way.
