Looks good. I am on a similar routine at the moment; trying to slowly recomp and get down under 93kgs. Here's what I eat on a daily basis:

7:00 - Get up
8:00 Large black coffee
9:30 50grams whey, 1heaped TBSP of coconut oil, half water, half black coffee
12:30 10 chicken wings
17:00 Backload! Heavy carb, some protein. Today will be 4 doughnuts, a packet of biscuits and anything else I can get my hands on.
20:00 Dinner. This will be whatever Mrs Al wants so normally a balanced protein, carb and fat meal.

This has worked very nicely until now as it's easily manageable, I get to eat dinner with the family, I am maintaining/slowly losing weight, waist is still getting smaller and strength seems to be at least maintaining.

I plan on continuing with this approach through until Christmas at which point I'll probably have a week or two of eating whatever I want whenever I want while I'm off work and then review in January. My next meet is in April and I will be under 93kgs by then.

Just to switch it up and for the sake of experience, I might give CBL a bash in the new year.
