it was great not feeling its time to bulk. now when i do should i follow this diet bulking with carbs pre & post? or anabolic diet lots of protein & fats & have one carb up day sunday? I dont feel like a carb approach this time which makes me think anabolic which is the best approach? bascially a no carb high fat & high protein diet or: carbs around pre & post like lentils. (chickpeas) or Dave palumbo with cheat meal advice went to start asap

There pretty good. eggs are extremely cheap. have family that run a restaurant. I get like 90 eggs for 6 pounds, chicken & any meat. Also meat not used after the sunday lunch like turkey, beef, lamb is given to me.
looking pretty good. Today i increased calories to 2589 my limit 2600. I might just keep calories around this for a week or two see what the scales say & how i feel then see about adding the extra 500 calories. as long as there is a surplus you`ll grow. with one cheat meal

The Paleo diet is pretty much the same as the Anabolic diet. I only recommend that for bulking it you eat to satiety, and eat when you're hungry.

Why not just eat the typical 40/30/30 and just up the cals?

I have always did the classical way, just feel like going another way & really enjoy eating like this. i just skip the bacon, cheese etc.
eggs, meats,nuts and vegies all the way for me. just ordered 10kg of peanut butter for 40 pound. have 90 eggs in my kitchen. 5kg of green beans 4kg of broccoli 2 big bags of chicken breasts 12 cans of tuna with olive oil beef is soon to come as well. I would go paleo just like have fruits after workout. however just feel comfortable doing this however cals are hard to hit on high fat & high protein diet even dave palumbo uses carbs before & after workout. i will see how 1 week goes. after all self experimentation. Trial and error
