yes mate, basically the only carbs i am having are in the milk in the shake in the morning then PWO and the meal after training... the rest of the time is practically 0 carbs.. a higher fat percentage and high protein then once a week i have a re-feed where i eat a normal amount of carbs...

Its a diet I got from Iron Addict and a few guys on here have used a similar approach with good results. So im hoping ill get similar results too

Yeh i dont know why calories were so low, i ate at all the same times, just not as calorie dense foods as normally i suppose, i should have had some crackers and cheese before bed

Great work mate, well deserved result there. Very jealous, I'm piling it on and am actually developing love handles. This needs addressed sharpish!

Love handles are the bane of my life buddy, i carry nearly all my weight aroung my gut, sides and lower back. it sucks. Plus i have naturally large obliques and a wide waist so it looks even worse

Still, it could be worse and Im getting there (slowly) buddy
