yes mate, basically the only carbs i am having are in the milk in the shake in the morning then PWO and the meal after training... the rest of the time is practically 0 carbs.. a higher fat percentage and high protein then once a week i have a re-feed where i eat a normal amount of carbs...
Its a diet I got from Iron Addict and a few guys on here have used a similar approach with good results. So im hoping ill get similar results too ![]() Yeh i dont know why calories were so low, i ate at all the same times, just not as calorie dense foods as normally i suppose, i should have had some crackers and cheese before bed ![]() Carl.

6:00-7:00 15g BCAA’s 7:30 PWO Shake (with water) USN Creatine Anabolic, with gaspari Myofusion 10 mins later (37g p/53g c/5g f) 10:00 whole wheat pasta, tuna mayonnaise and ham salad (29g p/50c g/44g f) 1:45 chicken salad, with cheese (32g p/1g c/22g f) 5:30 Shake with water (37g p/5g c/3g f) 9:30 Pork lon Steaks with Cauliflower cheese and vegetables (77g p/10g c/47g f) +15g BCAA’s throughout day Totals; Calories 2413 Protein 212 Carbs 119 Fats 121 Weighed this morning (22nd) 1.5lbs lost, waist 1/8” down ![]() Carl.
