Cheers mate, just gotta keep it up now. I have had NO cheats so far (unless you consider a slice of home made piaas a cheat
), but It was my daughters birthday yesterday and we are taking her to an Asian 'all you can eat' buffet on Sunday night... Im just praying i dont blow it all in one evening, if anyone has some good suggestions for the 'heathier' options then i am all ears ![]() Carl.

Awesome first week there mate. I would expect that loss to slow down a bit now that you've deloaded some water and glycogen. As for the buffet if it's Chinese that stuff is normally LOADED with MSG and salt so you will almost definitely bloat up with water, etc but I would say just go for it. It's her birthday, enjoy it but make it just for that one meal.
Please note, however, that the above advice comes from a fat man ![]() LtL

cheers mate, yeh it was awesome.
i stuff the chicken with mature chedder and the secret with the mushrooms is to cut them thin so they dont take too long to cook, but still cook them slow so that the garlic doesnt burn ![]() Yummy.... Car.
