Trained 6:00 (15g BCAA's whilst training) 7:30 Protein shake with skimmed milk (45g p/21g c) 11:00 chicken salad with mature cheddar cheese (50g p/40g f) 2:30 Tuna – Tin (36g p) 6:00 Shake inc 5g BCAA’s (37g p/7g c/4g f) 9:00 Black peppered steak, mushrooms in garlic butter, cauliflower cheese and vegetables (35g p/11g c/23g f) 15g BCAA’s throughout day 45g mixed nuts throughout day - brazils, cashews, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts (8g p/4g c/25g f) + 2 cream cheese triangles, 1 chicken nugget and 1 slice of ham (15g p/8g c/9g f) Totals; Calories : 2017 Protein: 226 Carbs: 51 Fat: 101 45/10/45 p/c/f Carl.
