No problem. I first approached Body Fortress with some hesitancy, but after trying it, it was a decent bargain. Some flavors don't taste as good as you'd like, but they still mix quickly and are inexpensive.

What flavor did you get Dennis? My wal-mart doesn't carry cookies 'n cream, but I ordered some online. It is the best flavor, IMHO. But, all of them serve their purpose.

I thought the chocolate tastes pretty decent. Certainly have had worse. Haven't tried the other flavors so can't say if the chocolate is better or not.
