This contest ends Friday, April 29th at 8pm CST. (Unless there are not a minimum of 25 entries...then it will stay open) Rules...simple. FST-Shake Crapp

Theres a 53.33% increase of testosterone and a 100% increase is protein synthesis when individuals walked with the shake weight especially in public.
