Thanks for the tips guys... have either of you found any loss of LBM with the fat, or is it primarily fat that you have lost ??

I have seen some lbm loss previously. Just like trying to put on mass usually means a little fat, losing fat can also mean some lbm loss. This however, is where BCAA and protein can help. By using BCAA in between meals and increasing my protein intake, through (hear the audible gasp) shakes, I have not seen the loss of muscle or strength this time through. I know better now, how to manage things while eating low carb. Focus on getting your protein first, then your fats, the carbs will then work themselves out.
