Been a rough week and a half, some major things happening (family wise) so it had me messed up for a bit. Got a workout in here and there. I forgot I had a Dr's apt today and was in jeopardy of missing my workout, but I wasn't having it today. Got all this in in 40 minutes! Here's todays:

My cycle of Mass Addiction Amplified is coming to an end but all is well. Strength, endurance and mood are all elevated. Having some great workouts from the AA Impac and recovery from ReHab has been nothing less than fa nominal! Loving the Kre-alk in the Impac and ReHab it's really helping with keeping me dry with no bloat what so ever.Only 30-45 seconds rest between sets, shoulders are smoked!
