I started a ZMA supp a week and a half or so ago and im sleeping a lot better and i wake up horny, but my gf is sexy so idk if its that or the ZMA.

I know several bodybuilders that take it at night prior to bed and state that it improves their sleep.

I take ZMA ( Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6) each night. It seems to help me sleep better, I can tell when I don't take it. Some proponent say it helps increase T levels, I don't know about this, I just find my sleep has been sounder. Doesn't make you sleepy, but does help the quality. Most of us don't get enough of either mineral in our diets.
I am still researching cause I am curious. Magnesium is sometimes used as a spasm, muscle relaxer. When my wife went into early labor, they put her on high doses of magnesium to slow the labor down. I am wondering if this plays into the sleep findings I experience.

I have a problem with my sleep where I frequently get kicked out every .75-1.5 hours or so, I wake up, and I'm tired and hungry as hell. It almost makes me not want to sleep. I guess I'll definitely give zinc and magnesium a shot then, that or find myself a hot gf like wesrmans.
