Only problem I've ever had with food is crisps (chips to the USA) and I've been known to polish off a box of 48 packs in a day.

My problem has always been....
- PB&J - cold cereal - pastries - pasta - ice cream - reeses pieces - chocolate (in general) - nutella - crackers and cheese - cheese - packaged cream cookies (oreos, maple cream, etc) - sandwiches (all kinds) Basically almost all of it was SUGARY and CARBY. Now that problem has been somewhat solved since switching to a paleo/primal diet. I still crave sweet stuff a lot, but I take it out more on berries and yogurt, or cottage cheese. I still gotta slowly but surely break away from my sugar addictions, but this is still much better. Sugar and carbs can be extremely addicting, and they release seratonin in your brain when you eat a lot of them...it's the "feel good" hormone. That's why they call it "binger's high" when you're just eating non-stop and you feel on top of the world. That's why it's best to get rid of most of that stuff from you house so that the only options you'd have would be healthy stuff...and it's SO much easier to get full off of veggies and meat than it is to get full off of ice cream. Besides, summer is coming up soon, and I can't hide behind the "winter bulking" excuse for too much longer.

In the states when I worked in car sales someone would always bring donuts in every day of the week. Breakfast was always coffee, donuts, coffee, donuts...repeat...

I love chocolate!! I work in a video store (while im studying), and on the counter are different tasty chocolates, chips, soft drinks and just about anything like that!! Its torture!
That and biscuits, and my moms baking!! Mom makes the best cakes and biscuits ever, I could spend all day eating them ahaha. I am also addicted to steak
