General Ephedrine Thoughts
 

It seems to me that ephedrine is not much worse than caffeine, I have been reading a lot about it and found that if taken in small doses there is really nothing wrong with it. I know it can still be found online but I just want to get some thoughts and see if any of you old school guys ever took it????

All the information out on the old ECA stacks(ephedra, caffeine, and aspirine) sound awesome, more energy, more endurance, and more strength. Who doesnt want that?

I have a horror story.

I used ephedrine about 10 years ago and it made me feel very jittery and I could barely sleep for 48 hours.

I have stayed away from similar products the last 10 years, so not sure if they are more tame.

that product looks just like lipodrene which they also make.?.?.?

I heard Clen-buterol is safer and has the same effects,cyle tho 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Cycle some pain killers to deal with the headaches, same jittery fingers tho, I get that feeling from my albuterol. I haven't taken clen, a good friend of mine has, I am looking to try some clen, being an asthmatic, its fat burning, energy giving and strength gaining properties I figure its win win for me.

See your doc about thyroid meds. Legal, reasonably cheap, and help burn fat.

You have to be carefull, cause not sll ephedra is created equal. Most gas stations sell the real stuff, here in Michigan you have to show id and sign for it. It's only 10mg's also where a good dosage is 25mg's.

Now you guys are losing me. I don't know what clen is or what the thyroid does.

used it when it was in Xenadrine(i think), and really liked it

I loved the stuff. I think the ban was the only way I would have quit taking it. It had been used in China for 1000's of years if that means anything.
