What are your goals?
If that is a recent picture in your avatar, I don't think you really need to cut. Also, a 4 week bulk is nothing. What you gained was more than likely water. Stick to a good slow bulk for at least 6 months, and THEN you can think about cutting.

Hello all its been a while since I been on.
Yes I bulked to 6 weeks going from 77kg to 83kg and yes mostly water weight been maintaining weight at 79.8-80kg. I will do a serious slow bulk after summer time. I Wanted to do this to obviously cut up, but at the same-time to prove to myself I could do it. I am young, fit and healthy and wouldn't mind giving it a go purely just seeing how it goes. Goals would be leaning out a bit more learning from this new approach to dieting and learning to mental and physical barriers it presents. I allowed myself days mostly 2 at the most I would have my breakfast and pwo shake then no carbs after that to test it and gentle lowering food portions. I have been losing approximately 0.2kg a week which I am happy. Soon as I have lowered my food portions my strength, endurance and speed has increased. I think this CKD diet is just a little test to learn mind over matte. Besides its all about trying new things in health and fitness. this picture is of me when I joined MAB Will update eventually.
