Just for clarity, are you intending moving across to a vegetrain diet because you want to or because your wife wants to? Or is it that your wife wnats to train and has decided to become vegetarian?

It's just that it is possible to have a vegetarian and a meat-eater in the same household; at times I don't eat meat but hubby still gets his meat, we don't see this as an issue. It is possible to strike a balance.

Default Muscle building and vegetarianism...

....don't go hand in hand. Protien means, "Most Important", and there's a reason for that.
