Default M&S Order...what to get?
First of all big thanks to BTB for putting on the transformation competition you rock.

I'm thinking about what I want to get from M&S, here's the list so far, any suggestions?

Not a bad list, but why glutamine? Id rather get a protein or BCAA with gluatmine in it.. And Id hate to burst your bubble but glutamine doesnt do much for bodybuilding at all. Id take a look at some 1 M.R., a BCAA product/intraworkout product such as BC+EAA by LG Science or Xtend from Scivation, and another protein to look is LG Sciences Lipotropic, I also just tried a few samples from Betancourt's Big Blend which was pretty good also.

Thanks Bro. I already have some extend at home and quake as a preworkout so I'm set there. Maybe I'll cut the glutamine and get more protein

Glutamine does help with the ammune system.. Hmm, thers only so many options, maybe look int osome multi's?
