ON Opti-Men. Not too expensive and it gets the job done. I've tried Animal Pak and Gaspari Anavite but they are more expensive and there is no difference.

Right now I use Vitamin World Mega Men chewies. I like having a chewie, but will probably switch brands as soon as these are done to a more muscle building friendly, and trust worthy company.

These are the main 3 Ive seen so far. A close 4th is Multipro32x or something along that made by AST I think.

I like AAEFX V&M it is geared for BBers that eat a true bber diet. NO over load of micros you don't need because of the BBer diet vs a general fitness persons diet.

I'm using Animal Pak right now ( with additional Uni-Liver tabs ). Can really feel the additional energy and immunity support.
