sorry about that.
ive been cutting at the same time as taking this so actual weight gain is not applicable.but the strength increases were very good especially in weeks 3 and 4.also the feeling of the muscles as in hardness have been very good.energy levels were increased as well.i will definitly be giving this product another chance when im in the bulking sessions after the comp. |
