Default creatine cycling?

Just bought a tub of Dymatize creatine. Just says take 1 heaping teaspoon ( 5 grams ) daily with plenty of water. I thought you were suppose to cycle creatine. Any thoughts/suggestions?

There is many opinions on this. There is NO documented reasons or data on cycling. People will say your system will stop producing (then stop eating red meat every few months) , some say because of kidney damage.(They must not be drinking a gallon of water like you should).
Un-used ballence of creatine is flushed out in your pee.
After over 10 years and no cycling I don't have any problems.
This is a self preference issue.

Studies do show there isn't a need to do the "loading". Just a way for you to go threw more product and they sell more.

I usually recommend 5 grams pre and post-workout on lifting days, and on off days 5 grams in the morning and in the afternoon.
