ON Pro Complex

I've just finished my 5th 4.6 pounder. Good protein, great protein profile. Great tasting and as always with ON's products- great mixing. My only complaint was I didn't like it as an all time of the day protein. Great, as peoples reviews, for post workout and bed..but it's awful expensive to be buying this and another protein that fits in as a great morning and pre-workout protein. I don't think I will make it my main staple protein supp, maybe like 1 out of every 4 times I run out. Honestly unlike Dymatize's Elite Whey and ON's Whey I found myself sorer, my recover for some reason seemed slower with Pro Complex.. I found my Recouperation better with other products. Great protein/BCAA profile..one of the best proteins on the market for certain uses. Just awful expensive compared to ON's Nitro 24 for a very similar product.
