A lot of people swear by the tried and true mono creatine, but there is some good reviews on kre-alk. I mainly just use mono unless a supplement I'm taking has kre-alk in it like Anabolic Addiction's Impac.

K-Otic is a pre work out stim and it has Kre-Alkalyn Pro in it. So heres a route to get both.
I've been on Creatine for over 10 years now. Last year I made the switch to K/A and K/A Pro and have loved my results and the effectiveness.

I must say monohydrate is hard to beat for the price but it tends to cause bloating/water retention. I like Green Magnitude and NeoVar-NeoVar is a bit cheaper but both are very effective and don't cause bloating and actually provide great pumps and energy for training.

My vote is for creatine mono. Cost-effective and backed by tons of research since it came out in the early/mid 90's. I like prolab's micronized creatine but any brand with the "creapure" label will do.
