Not sure it it's the pump going bad, or just the liquid losing it's "edge" after several days and not wanting to foam?

I feel like the liquid coagulates inside of the pump rendering it near useless if not useless.

I sourced the last of the formestane and the compounding facility literally fudged all of it up and rendered the product 'near useless' as far as foam is concerned. I was given a choice to either fix it myself or pay a lot of money to have it shipped back and either have it refunded or fixed. I redissolved it properly and reconstituted it myself (12+ hours non-stop) and it still didn't work out. I am devastated with this situation, as many customers with TransForm were unhappy with this. I'm overwhelmed with emails and PMs about it and I'm trying to do all I can. Right now, I have no business partners, no help, and no one that can offer decent advice on the situation. I'm going to rectify this... it's just been beating the life out of me with this and other issues going on with sourcing and personal issues.

Since there are 6 teaspoons in a fluid ounce, and there are 6 fluid ounces in a bottle of Transform, one application would be 1.2 teaspoons.

Or, one teaspoon equals about 104 mgs.

Just doing the math out loud. Hoping you'll correct me if I'm wrong.

I might get a spray bottle for this...any thoughts?

i think mine was/is doing the same thing.... i just pump it into my hands and go with it...

Sorry to hear that you're going through this Kyle! I really wanted to see you guys take off and do well. Hope you get it resolved for the sake of FOG!

Guy's I spoke to Kyle and he is working diligently to get this rectified. Have no worries, you will be satisfied. This is a bit frustrating for all of us right now (including you), we understand the issue and Kyle is working to correct this as we speak. I will fill you guys in in the next couple of days as to the status and what and when we will be shipping replacements to you.

Thanks Ripped. I just hope that this situation is manageable for FOG, and not a financial strain.

Quite honestly, I admire Kyle's drive. The hardest problems with a business are the first, unexpected problems. If FOG survives that, it will be OK. I hate to talk "survival", but I'm assuming this is a major headache.

^^^ im hoping Kyle is not too stressed out about this right now, i know it has to suck as he has so much stuff in the pot and on his plate.... i know he will rectify the issue and this company will exceed all the standards......
