Calotren heard of it

Ok, Gang I'm going throw this out for folks around here I trust. Have someone close to me wanting to use Calotren weight loss supplements again. Not wanting to discourage her, but I want more feedback as I've become convinced that using most diet supplements is NOT the way to go. SHe has used it before and was successful but then stopped exercising also when the weight came off and back on it went.
Anyone heard of it and how can do I convince her that proper diet and exercise does more than any "magic pill"

Thanks BTB, I know the big claim is that it's all natural. Well my opinion is so is food lmao
