today we did some wind sprints and then a mile run, so not too bad for cardio got legs tonight-- i will update again after workout.... off to class for the day, ya'll have fun!!! DAY 12 Evening LEGS Squat--- 135x10/ 185x8/ 185x8/ 205x8/ 225x8-- ass down to touch bench seat Leg Press--- 260x8/ 350x8/ 400x4---- fvck i hate LEGS.. Leg curls--- 110x10/ 125x10/ 140x8/ 140x8 Leg ext--- 95x10/ 125x10/ 140x8/ 140x18 Seated Calf raises--- 110x12/ 110x12/ 110x12/ 110x12 G-force is great, i have such a good morning from it.... Transform, well im becoming more and more vascular, so im supposing that i have to be drying out-- i am really feeling the recoveryeffects, no matter how hard i hit it i still feel great when i walk out of the gym and almost ROM the following day... |

So, i get my ass outa bed this morning and start getting stuff for my son.... diaper, shorts, shirt, ect....
i have to go pee so i go to the bathroom, as i walk by the mirror i look in and im like dude you are looking leaneri mean noticably leaner.... so i finish getting the lil guy ready to go to day care so i can get some stuff acomplised before my"babys momma" gets home from work and i have to listen to her complain... anyways to make a long story short i decided to check my BF% when i started this log i was sitting around 18-19% and this morning im sitting @ 17%..... yeah.... im loving this... |

DAY 15 Morning------ 3 Aug 09
ok so this morning i had to administer an APFT (Army physical fitness test) to one of my students. So the Joe does his push-ups and sit-ups, and we move to the running course... i tell him look dude im gona run this at the same time you do, so if you wanna pass you had better stay in front of me. i say im gona run the 2 miles in about 17:00ish and you have only 17mins in order to pass. well to make a long story short he didnt stay in front and i ran a 15:54 so shit that is a lil more than a minute off my last weeks run time of 17:00..... soon i think i will be back to running it in mid 14's or so.... pretty good cardio this morning... STAY TUNED FOR BACK AND BICEPS TONITE!!!!! opps almost forgot took my G-force following a shower after my run and im feeling Great!!!!! DAY 15 EVENING----- BACK Sumo Deads--- 135x12/ 225x10/ 315x8/ 365x4 drpped 2 reps??? 405x4 SLDL--- 185x10 185x8x3 sets BW pullups--- 15/ 12/ 10 Seated cable rows--- 4 sets of 12--- didnt write down weight, but it wasnt real heavy just got good stretch and strict form... didnt do Biceps like i was supposed to, just wasnt feeling it tonite.... i will do biceps on Wednesday... i think this mornings run took alot outa me... |

ok we're all caught up and i have Chest and Triceps tonight.... NO ARMY PT this morning as tues and Thrus are muscle failure for our students.. so i dont Play on these days...

DAY 15 Chest ----
didnt do any triceps today.... guess tommorrow is ARMS flat bench--- 135x12/ 185x8/ 225x6/ 245x3- these were done slow and strict form, all the way to touch chest--- for those of you that know me, you know i have a shoulder injury that wont go away, im trying to force myself thru the pain---- next lifts done with arms even with ground--- 135x15/ 135x19/ 135x15--- fvcking spent--- AWESOME PUMP incline DB- 70x8/ 75x6/ 60x7/ 50x10/ 40x15---- another serious PUMP Dips-- BWx10/ BWx9/ BWx7---- couldnt get anything else last night was horrible, son was sick and my teen age daughter decided to stay up half the damn night and turn on the bathroom light like 75 fvcking times...... needless to say i was tired all day... i sure coulda used some TF-1 last night.... i think i need to get me some so when im short on sleep i atleast feel decent the next day.... ok e-nuff ranting....
