Default Best fish oil supplement?
What's your go to fish oil supplement, and do you feel there is much of a difference between quality and generic brands?

Wal Mart brand. Spring Valley I believe is the company.

There are some differences in oils, especially which fish they get it from. there was a big writeup on them a while back. I'll see if I can find it.

I use Scivation. I heard Udo's is good too. I read a writeup a while back on Scivation's quality, and I was sold. But I'm no expert on fish oil.
