Question regarding Novedex

Is one bottle sufficient for use as a follow up to one box of IDS Grow Tabs? I took 4 per night until the bottle was gone. Tonight I ran out, just wanted to know if I should continue or if I am good to go even though it didn't last that long? Just wasn't sure how critical it was with something like Grow Tabs.

I'm coming up with IDS Grow Tabs being H-Drol and Phera, did you know this? How long was the cycle? How long was the PCT? What kind of supports did you run? and PLEASE tell me that your Novedex isn't Gaspari Novedex XT!

Supports? For grow tabs lol. They are just a low jack over the counter discontinued product from ids almost the same as mass tabs... yes gaspari novedex xt. This was combo was recomended by many.... I just want to know if one bottle is sufficient or if I need to be on it for a specific time frame? I think you must be thinking about a much harsher supplement.

I keep coming up in a GOOGLE search that IDS GROW TABS are HDROL and PHERA. So in my honest opinion Gaspari Novedex XT is not a sufficient PCT. If you have the bottle still post up the ingredients please.

Youre not incorrect ingredient wise but lets face it, its an over the counter watered down very very low dose product I mean I know alot of people who have used and would recomend nothing more than novedex.. What else might you suggest?

There are many who claim h-drol and phera, solo or combined don't need a strong PCT. I personally feel a SERM like Nolvadex would be better... Just my .02

Here is how I ran a SD cycle a long time ago:

Week 1: Liver assist 3 caps a day
Week 2: Liver assist 3 caps a day, Cel cycle assist 8 caps a day
Week 3: Methyl-S 15 mg + Liver assist 3 caps a day + Cycle Assist 8 caps a day
Week 4: Methyl-S 20 mg + Liver assist 3 caps a day + Cycle Assist 8 caps a day
Week 5: Methyl-S 25 mg + Liver assist 3 caps a day + Cycle Assist 8 caps a day
Week 6: Methyl-S 30 mg + Liver assist 3 caps a day + Cycle Assist 8 caps a day
Week 7: Methyl-S 30 mg + Liver assist 3 caps a day + Cycle Assist 8 caps a day

PCT

Week 8: Nolva 30mg + Liver assist 3 caps a day + Cycle Assist 8 caps a day
Week 9-10: Nolva 20mg + AA Mass Addiction + Liver assist 3 caps a day + Cycle Assist 8 caps a day
Week 11: Nolva 10mg + AA Mass Addiction + Liver assist 3 caps a day + Cycle Assist 8 caps a day

Hdrol is mild yes but I wouldn't say Phera is mild by any means. Just because one guy took said product and used little to nothing doesn't mean all will turn out well for the next guy. It is your body and only you know it best but I would not gamble on my health like that, that's just me. I'm not trying to be a dick bro, it's just I belong to A LOT of boards and I see stuff like this every day and most of them claim to have gyno. Just be careful, research and ask questions so you know what's best and don't always take your "BOY'S" advice. for the price of that Gaspari product you could have got some real Nolvadex and been covered legit.
