Anybody ever heard of this program or know anything about it??

Optimum Anabolics Natural Bodybuilding Program To Naturally Increase Testosterone]

I would like to be able to compare this method to the methods of Dr. Warren Willey in "Better Than Steroids" but this program is expensive. 50 dollars for the program, just wondering if any one has used or heard of any one using this.

Seems the protein focuses on (possibly) protein intake cycling (high and low) and a specific style of lifting including limiting rest and supersets. Though I'm sure there's more to it than that. Workouts look like "progressive", "hyper adaptive", etc.
