For breakfast..Hard boiled eggs, toast, and some sliced deli ham..
Lunch : Grilled chicken, marinated in Italian dressing and honey, or teriyaki and/or soy. Veggies chopped for stir fry.. Most work places have a toaster and microwave, and either of those can be prepped in less than 20 minutes, and reheated in less than 5 minutes. Useing different marinades will give some variety..

Haha, here's my breakfast when I don't have time to cook: 1/2 cup milk 1 cup plain yogurt (or 1 cup ice cream depending on your diet) 4-6 eggs 1-2 tsp instant coffee 2 scoops whey (I prefer chocolate) Place all that in a blender saving your powder for last, blend for 30 seconds and enjoy!

1 cup quick oatmeal 1 cup Blueberries 0.8oz Almonds 1-2 cups water or milk Mix together in bowl, microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes mix again, let cool, and enjoy. |

10 Minutes. 5 eggs ( 3 whole, 2 whites ), 1c raw spinach (chopped), 1/4c diced bell peppers and 1 oz. low-fat cheese.
Saute peppers and chopped spinach in olive oil until spinach is wilted up, ad whipped eggs and stir into veggies, cook until "firm", add cheese to one half, flip in half and cook for a minute, top with picante and enjoy.
