Default Searching for a new pre-workout

What are some characteristics you look for when searching for a Pre-workout formula? I’m having a hard time finding anything that doesn’t make me gag and I really don’t like pills.

Have you tried Quake 10.0 or Muscle Marinade? Those 2 work really well for me.

Most pre-workouts have proprietary blends, so it's not always easy to look at the label and compare ingredients. My best advice is to ask around (like you're doing) and find something that works for many.

I love Quake 10.0 but hearing what everyone is saying about Muscle Marinade I might have to try it again eventually. I didn't have a good go at it when I tried it the first time, but it must have been a fluke. Unfortunately, cost is getting me right now and after I finish my Quake 10.0 pre workouts will have to be cut out of my supplement regiment for the time being.

I second these suggestions, both work great! There is also Jack3d.

Recently, I've tried No Xplode but after a while, stopped seeing results. I have also tried Jack3D Tropical Fruit Punch and I can barely get it down - and keep it down! LOL Then there's Xpand Xtreme - which was NOT smooth at all. Anadraulic State GT was horrible tasting lol.

Superpump 250 is ok. Going with a can of no-xplode right now and spice it up a bit with dextrose extra creatine mono, works good.

One of the reps for Gaspari is sending me a tub of SP Max I'll let you guys know how it turns out. Regular SP does nothing for me so we will see.
