Basic setup looks pretty good. I would probably add in some healthy fats to bring that up a bit...maybe add a bit of almonds or natural peanut butter, or possibly use a bit of whole milk instead of regular milk.

Other then that I like it.

Yeah, I'm no bulk expert but the fats looked kinda low. Moar!

I think it looks great other than the low amounts of fat. The easiest way to add some extra fat would be to switch to whole milk, since you already have milk in your diet.

My personal opinion, I like to have whole food before bed because it takes longer to digest. When bulking I want to stay out of a catabolic state while I sleep. So a piece of chicken or something like that will take a lot longer to digest than anything that is liquid.

Milk before bed is not bad at all though, this is just my view.

Not bad, add more healthy fats^^

Need to work on carb manipulation, too much at lunch, not enough at breakfast, and the wrong kind post workout. Milk is good and everything, but you cant derive your carbs source from it, its not a "carb-based" food.

Add about 6.5oz grapefruit (half-ish) at breakfast and eat the other half after your workout with that meal. Also post workout, ditch half of that milk youre drinking and eat some damn chicken and rice or sweet potatoes bro.

I dont know your body type, but at 6' 190 you prolly arent a hard gainer, though i could be wrong. Either way, switch your regular potatoes with sweet taters unless youre working out right after lunch. You dont want to be eating simple carbs "just because" keep them complex and only eat simple at breakfast and Post workout.

And i agree with jwood as well, whole foods before bed. Your protein sources arent that great, need to be eating more whole foods instead of milk, save it for post workout and breakfast. Add some lean meats in there bro, you want to grow right?

Thanks for all the fast feedback !!

http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/5176/adaad2.jpg

1) @lunch: sweet = sweet potatoes
2) Milk = whole milk
3) We don't have that grapefruit thing in brazil, so i switched it for pears, which is rich in carbs as well.
4) Now I am having dinner @9pm, instead of 8pm, since I am eating more pos workout.

How does it look now ?
