I use a whey/caseine blend (60/40), i mix it in 0.7l milk and drink 3-4 servings (40g a serving+whats in the milk) on my lifting days. 2-3 on off days. Less if i eat a lot of meat or fish during the day. I wish i could afford to eat steak 3 times a day, but thats not the case so i have go with milk and proteinpowder :P

I use 20 grams of whey pre-workout and 40 grams post-workout. And 20 grams of casein right before bedtime.
