talpha is a pretty good product. i used it as part of a pct coming of a ph cycle, and my strength and weight didnt drop at all (which is normal after stopping ph use) as a matter of fact my strength went up.
if it holds the boat that well after a pretty decent ph cycle, it must be damn good solo!!
