Top secret!: NT's Alpha testing log of AA’s destined unrivaled Preworkout
Here is the deal, I received my ALPHA tub of our new PWO supp this weekend... I’m gona log workouts and thoughts here and in my normal log that way it can be tracked in two different spots plus my workout log won’t get stagnate... I can’t give out any inside info as of now on the ingredients, but I can tell ya it does contain some Nitric Oxide, Creatine, and some focus enhancing qualities. It is a 4:1:1 blend, And will contain some BCAAs also. Serving size is 1 scoop and there are 45 servings per tub. Back and Hamstrings Sumo deads-- 135x10-- warmup-- 225x10/315x10/405x1-- (left MY belt at home, so i used one from the gym.... wasn't secure in my lifts)-- 365x5/315x5/135x10 Lying leg curls-- 125x10/110x10/10/8-- 90x10 Pullups to failure-- 15/13/9/6/6.5 one min rest in between Reverse grip BB bent over rows-- 135x12/185x8(sloppy)/155x10/155x10/155x8 great pump!!! --Day 1-- not a whole lot to say.. flavor-- blue rasberry-- taste is pretty good, no after taste Mixability-- it mixed rather well, there was a little grittyness but i have never tried a powder supplement that mixes completely.. Energy-- good no shakes or jitters-- but i am a lil caffine tolerate Pump-- the pump was very good, didnt do any isolation excercise and my arms looked swole and i could really feel the pump in my back and even in my chest....
