Back; Biceps; Triceps Weighted Pull ups-- BWx15/60x10/70x10/80x5.5/90x4-- lst 3 sets i did rest pause, knocked out all i could str8 then rested 5 seconds and continued until i couldt get any more. Reverse grip Bent over rows-- 135x15-- wrist hurt so switched to normal grip-- 135x10/185x10/205x8 Seated cable rows-- 160x12/180x10/200x8/220x8-- cheated a lil on last set, but it felt good none the less Seated DB curls-- 45x10x2 sets 45x9/45x7 21's on preacher bench-- 85/75/ stood up for last 2 sets-- 65/65 Cable tri pressdowns-- 80x12/87.5x10/95x10/105x10 Overhead cable ext-- 72.5x10/80x10/87.5x7 scoops TOP SECRET PWO-- 30 minutes prior to workout--- AWESOME PUMP, ENERGY, AND FOCUS today!!!!

Wednesday 2 JUNE 10
Chest; traps; delts Incline Db bench press-- 55x12/ 80x10/90x7/90x5/ 75x7 Decline HS press-- 140x10/180x10/230x10/270x6 Machine Shrugs-- 270x15/360x10x2/410x10/450x5 Seated DB lat raises-- 30x12x3 sets Arnold presses-- 40x10x4 sets took secret PWO 45 mins prior to workout!!!! had pretty good pump today and energy was exceptional

Bent over rows-- 135x12/ 185x10/225x6x2 sets seated cable rows-- 160x12/180x10/200x10/220x6 Seated DB curls-- 45x10/9/7 40x10-- really good pump here HS preacher curls-- 4 sets of 10/9/8/7 Tri cable pressdowns-- 80x12/87.5x10/95x10/105x10/115x7-- crazy pump DB over head ext-- 90x10/100x10/100x10/100x7 pretty awesome workout, was very psyched about the 100 pound pullup!!!

Tuesday 8 Jun 10
Legs Standing leg curls-- 60x15x 5 sets SLDL-- 135x10/225x10/245x8/275x7 Leg ext-- 170x15/185x13/185x15/185x10 Leg press-- 495x16/495x10/495x10-- wasn't feeling too hot after the presses so i decided to call it a short day... and it's a good thing i did, cause sinceive been home my lower back has been kicking my ass all over the house. oh well i'll make up for it on the 2nd leg day of this week.. Cheers!!!

HS machine shrugs-- 360x15/10/10/12/10 Lateral DB raises-- 35x8x3 sets DB shoulder press-- 60x10/9 55x7/6-- SPENT Bent over DB raises-- 40x12/12/10 3 scoops of Pre work out drink on empty stomache--- can definately tell the differnece when taken on an empty stomache--- @ 30 min after drinking it i actually could feel the effects...

Friday 11 June 10
Back; Biceps; Triceps Weighted pullups-- rest pause after hitting failure-- 100x6 PR(3 then R/P for 3 more= 3/3)/ 100X4.75(3/1.75)/ 95x6(4/3)/ 90x5.75(4/1.75)/ 85x6.75(3/3.75) Bent over BB rows-- 225x8/ 205x8/ 185x10/ 185x8 HS ISO lateral row Machine-- 270x10/ 320x8/ 360x6.5/ 180x15= hit muscle failure Seated DB curls--45x10/10/9/8-- felt great Seated BB curls-- 95x8/ 115x4 drop to 95x3/ 95x6 drop to 75x4/ 75x10 drop to 55x6-- oowwwwwww the burn!!! Skull Krushers--75x10/ 95x8/95x6 OK so today was my last day on the top secret pre workout-- here are my thoughts-- Taste-- I LOVED it-- close to if not the best tasting Pre workout i have ever had!!! Energy-- was good-- but i am some what of a stim junkie, so for me it was not enough to run this at 1 scoop, i had to double up, also noted that if i take it on an empty stomache i got a better effect on the stims... Focus was great PUMP--- well it was awesome!!! all in all a better than average Preworkout and i have run my fair share of them... SO stay tuned for more to follow on a release date and possibly some subtle changes do to our Alpha testing!!!
