For those keeping score at home, CKG = Cyclical Ketogenic Diet
Ripped...I've read some on the CKG, and don't know if any of this helps... ------------------------------------------ Meal 1: 4 eggs, 1 tbsp Flax Meal 2: 1 protein shake 2 tbsp flax oil Meal 3: 1 can of tuna w /mayo, 1 tbsp of flax Meal 4: (Same as 2) Meal 5: 1 can of tuna w /mayo, 1 tbsp of flax Meal 6: (Same as 2) ------------------------------------------ M1 4 egg whites 1 whole egg 8 slices bacon 3 links sausage M2 Protein shake 2 TBS Flax Oil M3 1 Can Tuna 2 TBS Mayo M4 Pork Rinds M5 2 Cheese hot Dogs M6 1.5 TBS Flax Oil 1/2 Protein Shake TOTALS FAT 173 PROTEIN 152 CARBS 8 ------------------------------------------ CKG Foods...
