Default Creatine and sleep irregularity

Anyone else have any experience with this? I've essentially cut out everything several times but creatine just to see if it was this that was doing it to me. Every-time I come to the same conclusion, creatine for some reason makes it almost impossible for me to get past the lightest stage of sleep.

It's probably not the creatine.

Tell us more about the creatine product and how you are using it. And what other supplements you are taking.

In addition to this, you should probably note any other events in your life that could have an affect: changes in diet, stagnation in training, workplace, car trouble, stacks of bills, school exams and papers, drinking coffee too late in the day, personal relationships, etc.

My primary concern is that this is a creatine product with a ton of caffeine in it, like a pre-workout formula.

Well I don't drink caffeine, my mood cycle is relatively stable (yesterday was the only day of the week that I was under percievable stress and I slept perfectly fine), the three supplements which I have been taking are exclusively glutamine powder, creatine monohydrate powder, and protein powder in addition to a GNC multivitamin. Now I may be rash in saying so, but the effects of creatine look uncannily similar to the effects of sleep (increase in memory, muscle mass, memory...)- maybe it's tricking my body into thinking I don't need sleep. (note. I'm just wildly speculating here)

If your GNC Multi is there Mega Men it has a stimulant in it.

How close to bed time are you eating? You may also be deficient in D-3. I increased mine and sleep like a baby.

Mines the sport brands... which apparently has a panolpy of stimulants in it >.> (thanks), btw to fill you guys in - it wasn't the creatine - I'm probably just hyper sensitive to one of the ingredients (my body processes some stimulants in a peculiar fashion).
