Feeling mostly better, came down with flu(fever and achy) Thursday, so skipped the workout and rested all weekend 246.6lb BW DELOAD RAW Reverse Band Bench Press 135 x 10 185 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 5 light band 360 x 3 light band PR 380 x 3 light band PR 430 x 3 avg band 470 x 1 avg band PR 505 x 1 light+avg band PR 530 x 1 light+avg band PR NO ASSISTANCE EXERCISES Many PRs tonight despite being sick for a few days This stuff certainly helping, not staying sick long and not losing much body weight or strength because of it
