Feeling a little sluggish today. I think I have to be careful this close to the contest not to push my CNS over the edge, staying heavy-moderate this week. Test/Libido is still high. Like the 4 times a day recommendation with the mass addiction, fits well with my meals. 250.5lb BW Reverse Band Bench Press - Raw 135 x 10 225 x 5 315 x 5 + light bands 360 x 3 + light bands 430 x 2 + average bands 470 x 2 + average/light bands 485 x 1 + strong bands 510 x 1 + strong/light bands 540 x 1 + strong/light bands Tate Press 4 x 8-15 Lateral Shoulder Raise 4 x 10-12 Seated Rows 4 x 10-12 Numbers are low, as this is a different rack than what ive previously set my PRs in and it affects the band tension. |

Decided to go with safety bar squats tonight to give my elbows a rest and I dont want to do anymore heavy geared squats before the contest so my CNS will recover in time. 251lb BW Safety Bar Squats Bar x 8 170lb x 5 + loose briefs 260lb x 5 310lb x 5 + belt 350lb x 3 400lb x 2 460lb x 1 490lb x 1 PR Safety Bar Good Mornings 170lb x 8 170lb x 8 170lb x 8 Reverse Hyper Extensions 5 x 8-15 Abs 5 x 5-20 No adverse effects from the Mass Addiction or T-Alpha e.g. no acne or any other unwanted effects...GOOD STUFF!! |
