You can safely take three a day. I keep fish oil by my desk and take 2-3 caps a day. I wouldn't take them all at once. Take one with each major meal.

sounds good, just wanted to know if three was really necessary or if it was one of those things where they want you to take more so you run out quicker and buy more

3 is a good amount. Fish oil is great for general health so 2 to 3 is about right.

Yep spread them out, also keeps the joints lub'ed up (no homo) and act's as a natural anti inflammatory.

I usually take 3-4 a day. Fish oil is one of the few supplements that lives up to the "hype"--lots of good research out there.
