![]() No Bake...Pineapple Coconut Snowballs Recipe.... 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened. 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained. 2-1/2 cups flaked coconut. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll into 1-in. balls; roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Protein Pancakes:
![]() 1/3c Pancake Mix 1 Scoop Protein Powder 1 Egg White 2 Egg Whites (Whipped to peaks) Dash of Cinnamon 1 Packet Truvia 1 Mashed Up Banana Water as needed Basically Combined all the stuff into a bowl while the 2 egg whites are beating to peaks. Then fold the egg whites into the mix and cook like a pancake! I topped mine with Berries and Strawberry Syrup

1. Spread some oil in an ovenproof bowl
2. Put different kinds of veggies (I used carrots, tomatoes, onions, potatoes and garlic) chopped up into bigger pieces into it. 3. Put pieces of any kind of meat or fish to it (I used turkey stripes and prawns) 4. Spread your favorite spices and herbs on top (I used pepper, a pinch of salt, rosemary and basil) 5. Put this in the over for around 45-60 min, depending on how big your veggies and meat pieces are. Sprinkle some water (or as i prefer a bit of beer) on it from time to time. 6. Enjoy This meal takes about 10 min to prepare and 45 min in the oven. Let me know if you like it. |

Protein Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients: •12oz Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese •10oz Plain Greek Yogurt •2 Whole Eggs •1-2 Tbsp Stevia •¼ Cup Milk •1.5 Scoops Whey Protein •1tsp Vanilla Extract •Dash Salt Preparation: 1.Preheat oven to 325° 2.Soften cream cheese in a large mixing bowl by pressing down with a spoon. 3.Add eggs and stevia and mix using an electric mixer. 4.Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing for 2-3min. 5.Pour in baking pan (6” pan works best) lined with parchment paper for best results. 6.Bake at 325° for 25min then turn down the oven to 200° and continue baking for an additional hour. 7.Let cool in fridge for 4-5 hours, add topping and destroy! Macros: Cals: 208 Fat: 2.5g Pro: 31g Carbs: 15g Fiber: <1

Hey guys,
just set up a new dessert recipe that is high in protein and fibre, hope you like it: Ingredients: 20g Oatmeal 10g Wheat bran 1 Whole Egg 50g Joghurt 10g Chocolate Protein Powder 1 TS Baking Cocoa some Milk some Baking Powder some kind of sweetener (Honey, Sugar, Artificial Sweetener, etc.) Put all ingredients together into a microwaveable bowl and mix it up with a spoon. Put it in the microwave for around 3 min. Put the cake on the plate, top it off with some sweet cherries (with the juice) and dig in!!! TIP 1: Sprinkle enough of the cherry juice over the cake so that it soaks it up. TIP 2: If you like desserts take twice the amount ;-) Macros with 1 Tablespoon of Honey: 370 kcal 9g Fat 50g Carbs 24g Protein 7,5g Fibre
