Post your Mass gaining shakes In This Thread
Just made a pretty good weight ganing shake
20oz milk- 315cals 20g protein 4tbsps Peanut butter- 380 cals 16g protein 1 large banana 121 cals 1g protein 2 scoops on whey- 240 cals 48g protein total 1056cals 85g protein taste pretty damn good. I never made shakes before really but they're a good way to get calories in and easy to get down. I know I've made a lot of theads today :march: Would like some new ideas. |
