One of my favorites
.5-1 cup cooked oatmeal
1-2 scoops chocolate whey protein
2-4Table spoons of peanut butter
1-2 cups of milk
honey to taste
Blend that mother and slam it
It isn't that they cant see the solution.

I was craving something sweet the last couple of days and mixed this up after my last two workouts. Filling and tastes great.
1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 scoop chocolate waxy maize
.5 cup raw oats
1-2 tbs natural peanut butter
Add some water to mix it to a pudding-like consistency.

massive spoonful of peanut butter
