I run it stand-alone months ago and found it quite good. Hardness and definition were up and remember at the time that I should run this again.......but haven't ;p

It's possible for a mild cycle, but for PCT I would always be prepared with a serm on hand.

i wasn't speaking of this only, just as additions to what else you would be takin.

and yeah along with my now other illegal supps in the cupboard there is a bottle of serm also. which are very easy to get btw. almost too easy.

I'm taking 5 caps at night right now. Currently running SD/Epi/M1D. - Testing out my theory. So far, so great!

I felt like crap this weekend, and I really think without the support of M1D/Formadrol I would have been in trouble as I think it may have been related to the other hormones. I loaded up on Vitamin D3 and blueberries as well. Finally started feeling better last night, and doing real well this morning.
