What's the hands down worst supplement you've ever purchased?

This could be from lack of results, poor taste, whatever...

Mine...Hydroxycut...old school version. Back in '97 took that crap and was launched for 2 days. Couldn't sleep. Flushed the pills.

Second is old school GNC protein powder. Brutal and never mixed properly.

I had GNC protein powder(when i was beginner) i don't know exact name, it was kinda nasty.

I would be curious to try it again and see if the modern version is any good.

Btw, I tried ON's cookies and cream this weekend and didn't care for it at all.

It is pretty good (IBB's favorite) just on the low side of protein. It's like 17 gm's a scoop.

I imagine it has sugar in for taste?

I tried Muscle Milk's cookies and cream once and it was darn good. Then I noticed the calories.
