i dont get why these are bad for teens... arent most of them just a shit load of caffine???

also are there any not based around caffine?

just wondering on these.... i just dont get why there all that bad and-

i mean arnold was juicing at a young age (i think, i know many bbs were), so whats wrong with using a fat burner?

nm, it just depends on whats in it, i like a good green tea, yohimbine, and caffeine stack. the main line of thinking on this one is that they are useless if you eat like shit, so dont pin your hopes on a pill.

of course... diets pretty much in check.

i've heard some products supress appetite, which would be nice. not trying to take the easy way out, just trying to get this short cut done, become a "myspace ripped kid" and then go balls to the wall with C&P/a higher protein diet.

heres another question... with the high caffine, can people still drink diet pop (soda)? cant give this stuff up, but dont want to constantly be jittery/wired

It really depends on you, and your tolerance to caffeine. I can chug a 2liter of Mountain Dew and feel like i just woke up you know

no not really, i dont mess with them too often, but like i said look for something with caffeine, green tea extract, and yohimbine in it
